Program overview
Our inclusive athletics program is designed to help primary school kids develop their skills, confidence and love of fitness
By participating in the Athletics program, students will have the opportunity to develop, understand and refine the skills they need to compete at their athletics carnival.
The Athletics program is curriculum/syllabus aligned and designed to be fun whilst improving children’s physical fitness as well as develop important motor skills of running. Jumping and throwing.
We believe that exercise and fitness should be enjoyable and engaging, and we work hard to create a safe and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and trying new things. However, our athletics programs offer’s much more than just physical benefits. It teaches invaluable skills such as teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, social skills and resilience - skills that are lifelong.

A Well-Rounded Experience
Our movement specialists attend in-house workshops hosted by specialised technical experts from within the athletics and sport industry. They also complete yearly training through Athletics Australia and courses from the Australian Sports Commission
Experienced Movement Specialists
Students gain a well-rounded experience including non-locomotor and locomotor skills, circuit games/activities and participation
